Why do I serve? I believe that a person has a duty to do civic work when there is a need to be met.
Past or present Boards/Commissions/Volunteer work: I have served on the Insurance Committee in the past. I have volunteered for the Town of Simsbury Aging & Disability at their annual disability picnic, Halloween event and Christmas event. I have volunteered in a variety of roles with organizations such as Autism Speaks and Special Olympics Simsbury.
Employment History: I have held various underwriting and managerial positions at Commercial Insurance Companies over the past 29 years.
Education: I studied economics at The Pennsylvania State University.
Why I love Simsbury: I love that Simsbury is a Big Town that feels like a Small Town, and it is a Small Town that provides Big Town experiences, and vice versa.
Fun Fact: I started regularly working the polls during the pandemic. I loved meeting hundreds of my fellow Simsbury residents. I intend to work the Polls whenever possible for many, many years to come.
